Memo to Membership
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving the governance, safety, and operational efficiency of Lambton Attack Girls Hockey Association (LAGHA), the Board of Directors has completed a comprehensive review of our Constitution. Our governing document has not been updated since 2021, and these revisions are necessary to ensure the Constitution accurately reflects the needs of the association.
How to Provide Feedback
The Board wants to ensure the membership has a voice in these changes. We invite you to review the proposed document and submit your feedback:

1. Review the Documents: The attached draft constitution is available for review
on our website: Draft Constitution 2026
2. Submit Feedback: Please submit your feedback by completing the following
survey: https://forms.gle/aDcJGQXfHaYPtGPH9 no later than February 28,
2026.
3. Town Hall Meeting: We will be hosting an in-person opportunity to discuss the
proposed Constitution and answer any questions on Thursday, February 12
from 6:00 – 7:00 pm in the Lobby at the Alvinston Arena and on Tuesday,
February 17 from 7:00 – 8:00 pm in the Mezzanine at the Petrolia Arena.
Next Steps
All feedback will be reviewed by the Board. A final version will be prepared and
circulated to the membership for review no later than April 20, 2026 with the updated
Constitution to be presented for a vote at the 2026 Annual General Meeting on May 20,
2026, where a two-thirds majority vote is required for adoption.
Thank you for your continued support of Lambton Attack Girls Hockey Association.
