Police Checks
Submitted By Brenda Hudson on Monday, August 27, 2018
All coaches, managers, trainers, on-ice helpers and dressing room volunteers need to have a Vulnerable Person Screening test done with the OPP before they can start helping for the season.

This includes ANY person that is in contact with the team on or off the ice. If you have had a screening done within the last 3 years with the Lambton Attack it is still valid. These screenings are good with the organization for a 3 year time period. If you need to have one done please print off the Police Check Letter and take it to the OPP detachment in Petrolia. The letter can be found in the online libraries on the right hand side of the web page.  Please submit your successful screening paperwork to Bert DeSmit. For further questions contact Bert at  [email protected]
